Spotted this in the eBay cars thread ... cgi.ebay.co.uk/1976-ROVER-3500-P6-3-9-V8-BROWN_W0QQitemZ280012601791Thats my grandads old P6 ! Good to see its still running, lovely bit of kit. Memories of hurtling down the M1 at 'speed' towards Bradford as a nipper are flooding back ! Thats really made my day seeing that old girl again. The last time I saw it I was 6 ... back in 1983 ! ;D

You didn't say wether your Grandad is still around but can you imagine his reaction if you showed up with that or for that matter any of your family who have memories of it.

Must have been really bad considering it was a manual car......* back on topic that P6 looks gorgeous - its great to see a car you had memories of years ago still on the road and being appreciated.

My Grandads old cars comprise of; Various AE86's, now likely to be in Ireland. KP60/61's, also more than likely now Irish. KE70's. And lots of other old Toyotas I can't remember the codes for. Ry.

Ahh, I see. Yeah, not really introduced myself. I'm from a village near Castleford, West Yorks. *Waves* Not driving atm as I'm only 17 (And skint), but I've been a huge car fan all my life, only thing remotely 'retro' I've had was a AW11 (MK1 Mr2) joint owned between me and my old man.
