for the following cars I really need * Driver's/owner's name * Which part of the country they're from * What mods have been made to the car, if any I'm quite happy for it to be posted up in the thread but if anyone isn't just lob a PM over my fence with details Details are required for "possible" inclusion in one of the magazines covering the event. They need four shots out of the ones selected so no guarrantee that you car will be used but you have a 1 in 3 ish chance. Grafitti Golf or Jetta - DYU 847Y  Sorry for the rubbish formatting - ooops Datsun - KLC 817K  Mental Breakdown VW Dragster A35 Van Red and Gold? - 344 CHW Blue Chevy Impala lowrider -can't read plate - Parked bottom down - front up Some nato Green MX5 with failed headlight motors - not a clue who that belongs to - can't remember seeing it on the forum ever....... Big Cortina van with scoop and 347 claimed engine (probably an asmatic pinto under there) (sorry about my humour in the last couple - Paging Bruce and Mark to the bat phone please) Hill ClimbersBMW 5 Series - VLM 374X  Big Yank tank - RCD 83G Toyota Corona KSP 151G  Vauxhall Van - CNJ 450T VW Golf - VW G1 70Y - Red Cocking a wheel on the hill - really good shot that one. The gold 'passat' is probably the K70 that was on our stand? (SWretros/sos)

The gold Passat is a K70 LS! and belongs to me.
I'm Al from Penzance.
The modifications are Lowered on modified MK1 Golf coilovers. Replica Cosmic alloys 130 pcd. Maxxis 195 65 15 rear, Bridgestone 165 55 15 front tyres.
Sectioned exhaust, chopped rear box! Engine support modified.
Clear Indicator lenses.
Original 68k mile engine with a kenlow fan and K+N panel filter.
Period accessories, mirrors, 8 track and speakers etc...

Hey that van is my dads, ;D Steve Welch from Bristol. Its an A55 fitted with a tuned 3.5 Rover v8 on an auto box, full stainless steel exhaust system and mgb front and back axles. It took my dad 10 years to build and its been on the road for the last 3 years. Befor he got hold of it, it was in a local barn for 20 years.

The Viva Van belongs to Mick Wilkes owner and builder who runs wacky racers.
His works number is 01384 571571.
Spec is prety imense, just the work into making the shell handle the power could fill a page so best to speak to him.

the info you requested ;D * Driver's/owner's name Mark Holmes / nightmaresracing * Which part of the country they're from southend-on-sea * What mods have been made to the car, if any just a few ;D here are just the basics: conversion to 2 door panel van, fully seam welded shell rear tubbed to take 10x17torque thrust II's,with 275/40/17 mickey Thompson street ET tires, mustang 8.8" rear axle , TCI street fighter C4 box , mustang 302ci (5.0HO)V8 stroked to 347ci (5.7ltr)fitted with edelbrock victor jr alloy heads currently running around 350/370bhp on the motor(edit when its running right  ) with another 175 on the nitrous, front runs 8x17 torque thrust II's mounted on custom billet hubs with willwood 4 pot brakes |
