Price reduced as the insurance is due and I could do without renewing it. Take advantage of my disadvantage..
The wheels and adaptors are worth £700 easy peasy, so that's a fire spitting soft top for a grand.... ;D

First born is due the week after Edition 38 so my favourite car so far is up for sale to pay for nappies.
The VR in this cab is sooooo much fun, we spent ages playing with the exhaust to get the right noise and it sounds as good as anything on the road, at night with the roof down you can see the odd flame on overrun, it sounds AWESOME, utterly addictive. (The custom exhaust has a standard size flange and the original VR hangers in place so you can add a standard tailpipe for MOT should you desire.) The sump has been plated with 10mm alloy to give you some reassurance over the speed bumps
It's 100% reliable, never let me down, it's practical, I collected the xmas tree on the roof-rack. The FK's are really comfy, doesn't crash around town, it's quiet on a cruise and barmy if you're in the mood.
The wheels are Japanese Mazda forged alloys made by Rays with proper Rays valves, H&R 20mm adaptors and locking wheel nuts, they take 70mm center caps.
The bonnet vinyl is Automotive vinyl with a tough lacquer, the colours on the original Hokusai were played with in photoshop using the tones from the car's paint.
The roof rack came out of the back of a VW dealer in deepest Devon, you don't see many fitted, it can be removed leaving the lugs for refitting, or if you want to remove it completely the holes in the A pillar will need plugging, I have spare B pillar covers to go with the car.
The heated front seats and cards are from a mauve highline, the rear black leather & cards from a cab, it needs a black carpet from any 3dr Mk3 as the cream carpet is disgusting quite frankly, some black seat belts and a new gearstick would tidy up the interior too.
The body is generally pretty good, one wing has a patch of rust at the bottom and the arches have been colour matched shoddily. I bought Halfords paint after rolling the arches and the colour match is atrocious, it needs redoing but it looks ok from a distance and keeps the rust off.
The heater in this is like a blinkin furnace and it's not unpleasant to drive about in winter with the roof down..
It's in Worthing on the South coast
