I am collecting a Ford Puma on Sunday which had run out of tax & MOT due to needing some welding on the sills. I will be using the 1.7 engine, gearbox and complete wiring loom/ECU for a project but if anyone wants anything else from the car then please let me know? I haven't even seen the car in the flesh yet, but it looks to be in good condition overall. Collection for any bits will be from Area 52 in Bristol or if they are manageable, I am happy to post out at cost. Due to lack of space at the unit currently, the car will be stripped this week and weighed in on Friday. If you need anything please let me know ASAP or it may end up going with the car. Here are some shots (the only shots I've got until I collect it tomorrow afternoon) The front bumper is already reserved and don't forget that the engine/box & wiring is staying with me.

The Puma is now in Bristol and it's in very good condition apart from the dissolved sills.
Bodywork is in otherwise brilliant order and all the interior is there, in good nick and available.
Headlights are sold as is front bumper and as mentioned, the engine/box and loom will be removed but the rest is up for grabs.
Nice alloys - would look cool on another Ford.

Bruce, Rubbish request.. But if it's wheel bolts rather than studs and nuts, I need 4 of them to replace my permanently-locked-cos-I-lost-the-key-a-year-ago-and-have-been-REALLY-lucky, locking wheel bolts.

Ben, no worries....I'll keep some aside for you (I've got a box full of various wheel nuts/bolts you can help yourself.
Vee, I'll get on that tomorrow for you. I can say that they are very comfy - the 2.5 hour journey back in the car yesterday was great.
I'll get some pics and measurements up tomorrow.

Hi Mike, I had them 'reserved' for Rich's GF, but she's decided she now actually likes the ATS Pepperpots on her Ka (she hated them to start with) so she no longer wants them. I was looking for £60 for them (sans tyres because three are completely shot and the one good one is now going on my Cav because I got a nail in the near worn tyre the other day). There is some paint peel on one of the centre caps, but otherwise they are in very good order. When its dry (currently chucking it down ) I'll pop out and get some shots for you. Let me know and I can probably get them up to Barnsley with Matt at the end of the next play weekend (17th July)

Hi M8 a freind has asked about the heater controls, just the knobs, oooer I'll pull off my knobs for a fiver ;D (complete panel so she can have whatever she wants off it ) Vee, measurements of the seats (as near accurate as poss) are as follows: Overall height (bottom of seat to top of headreast) 900mm Overall depth (front of seat base to back of backrest) 600mm Seatbase depth (the bit you sit on) 500mm Backrest width (overall at widest) 550mm Seatbase width (overall at widest) 500mm I hope that is enough to help? Here are some pics for you - the seats are in generally very good condition but there is a tiny hole in the side of the drivers bolster (photo shown) along with a bit of 'rucking' where getting in & out has rubbed a little on the fabric. The passenger seat has a couple of marks which would definitely come out with a quick scrub (personally I'd use some of those baby wipes, they are amazing at this kind of thing!) leaving a near mint seat. How does £30 for the pair sound? (would need to sort some kind of delivery through RR though because I can't imagine postage being cheap?) They are very comfy I have to say....far better than I was expecting! They'll come complete with the runners so you can fabricate something to make them fit and still slide/tilt nicely.

Mike, some shots of the wheels. I'd just washed them off (they were quite grubby) and they came up fairly clean just with cold water and a sponge. There is some minor kerb rash around the edges in places, but hopefully that can all be clearly seen in the pics? It looks worse in the pics that it does in real life for some reason! Let me know what you think?

I would be rather interested in both the rear arches if it's at all possible that you could cut them out? My mates puma needs both sides doing and it's a pricey job!

I would be rather interested in both the rear arches if it's at all possible that you could cut them out? My mates puma needs both sides doing and it's a pricey job! Hi Dude, The arches aren't mint by any means. The offside is in very good shape with the exception of a 20mm blister right at the bottom leading edge (lower part of the arch) - other than that is looks great. The nearside is worse with a section of rust coming through the paint about 60mm long with a few further blisters under the paint for a further 50mm (approx 110mm in total) I'll take some pics and you can let me know what you think? Back in a mo.... Edit....here are the pics. Ignore all the other bits, they look like scratches but are just cobwebs and some dirt where the car hasn't been cleaned. Nearside arch - you can clearly see the rust and bubbling further to the right The black blob on the left is just dirt Offside lower area where the arch meets the sill - most of the marks are cobwebs and dirt The rest of the arch is in really good shape Let me know what you think?

that's fantastic, cheers for the pics. I'll get in touch and see what he says. How much would you be looking for?

How does £25 for the offside and £15 for the nearside sound? Neatly cut out about 12-14" back from the arch to give you plenty to play with?

Hi Dude,
I haven't started taking the car apart yet but I know the splitter will be staying with the bumper when it comes off.
I can certainly supply the offside bumper & headlight mounting brackets along with the grille - how does £30 for the lot sound?
I can probably get them near to you too....I don't think RobinJI or Ben90210 are far from you in Ilminster? In fact, Robin lives in Chard which isn't far at all.
Let me know how this sounds? I'm taking the car apart this weekend and could probably get the bits to you by next weekend.
