i think draining the fuel system will be on the list tbh.
1: free what evers sticking to recover the car
2: try turnnig over engine with plugs removed and oil in bores
3: recover car to driveway and clean the years of dirt and mould off to see what we have
4: if the engine turns over, change oil, drain fuel, clean ignition system and carb and go for a proper restart
5: then look to tackle the rust and damage to bodywork.
