Nice work, have to say I though the cabinets looked fit for a shed or garage at best until you refurbed them.
Pity we don't get old houses in Milton Keynes!

Hi, I'm in the process of ordering a Paul Metalcraft kitchen for my 1960's house. I love the colour of the blue formica surfaces you have. Do you have a RAL reference colour or anything other reference? Also any invaluable tips before I go for it?

Gorgeous, just gorgeous...!!! I'm a huge fan of all things 60's and 70's so this is a bit too early for me but, my word, I'm soooooooooooo envious it hurts a little bit!

Bit of a delay in responding to this thread! finally got round to resetting my password and logging on! Thanks for the kind comments re the kitchen. It's holding up well! currently in the process of stripping and repainting all the Crittall windows- a thoroughly unpleasant job!

Nice work. By the look of it, the kitchen you took out was a Hygena QA. I helped my dad fit one in our kitchen in around 1970.
