Lots of racing last weekend, but one of the best was put on by the HSCC, with their ''Wolds Trophy'' meeting, celebrating 50 years of Formula 3. Over the course of Sunday and Monday, races for 500cc Formula 3 cars, Formula Junior (front or rear engined 1000cc cars), Classic Racing Cars (single seaters built pre-1970, 1600cc), Historic Road Sports, Historic Formula Ford 2000, Classic F3 and Historic Touring Cars were ran. Thankfully, very few ended up bent or broken and the standard of driving was very impressive.
Even Jonathan Palmer dropped by with his helicopter!
