Given how british telephone numbers have evolved I would guess that it might be worth ringing the ten numbers made up from: 01285?66179, changing the ? through 0-9 and seeing who answers. 01285 is the area code for Cirencester and I guess you'll need 0044 instead of the 0... but you probably know that already Who ever answers might think you are a lunatic but I know that both my parents and the in-laws still have the same last 5 digits of their telephone numbers that they have had since the late 70s, BT have then added another number in front of that when they have expanded the network.

Theft requires dishonesty and a intent to permanently deprive... taking an item in for safe keeping isn't theft.

I few years ago I had a job where I worked late shifts and we were in and of the office a lot. One very cold night every time me and my colleague came in, or went back out, we'd squirt a decent amount of water from our drink bottles over the windscreen of the car owned by the very grumpy old guy we worked with.
Needless to say after about 20 applications of water in way below zero temperatures the car was practically encased in ice. We all finished work and piled into our cars and left, leaving him staring at his car.
Checking the CCTV the next day, it took him well over an hour stood out in the freezing cold to slowly chip away the ice to get the doors open and into the car, amusing thing is that it had no discernible effect on his grumpiness and he never mentioned it at all.

One of these two
Although get the fwd Volvo (unless you need 4wd) as it has a way better chassis than the 4wd in the video.

These would be perfect for my Clio, however I can't get over to collect them in the near future due to my wrist being broken. I don't suppose you are coming anywhere near Nottingham in the next few weeks? If not then have a free bump

From what I recall you're not allowed to post For-Sale posts on NPOC, in fact I believe that trying to offer this car on there when I owned it got me a ban from the forum. I still rank it as the worst owners club forum I've ever had the misfortune to join. The NPOC has got to be one of the friendliest, most genuine and helpful clubs out there. The only issues that arise are when people repeatedly try to flout the forum rules, the very rules you tick the box to say you've read and understood upon signing up. Bans aren't given out willy-nilly, so I have no doubt that there would be a lot more to that ^^ than simply trying to sell a car when not a paid up member. Enough said on that one. Mr Xbo11ox, I've got a GTLE, and I have to say that I reckon the P11 GT is one of the best FWD cars ever made, only underestimated by the people who have never owned one. Good luck with the sale, it's a snip at the price. Nope it was simply due to trying to offer a relevant vehicle to people that really should have been interested in it and then questioning the rationale behind having my posts deleted. It's perverse that a club isn't interested in the vehicles that the club was created for, also I'm not a trouble maker and I've never been banned from anything before or after... Another free bump Mr B

I've used them a couple of times over the years and have generally found them more awkward and difficult to deal with than other companies. I wouldn't have used them again but they do tend to offer insurance for vehicles that other companies don't want to touch.

Yeah at least it's back but they refused to let us recover it ourselves and now the owner has to pay at least £200 in recovery and storage costs. Just seems like the powers that be are more interested in making honest people's life difficult than solving crime The owner is not responsible for paying the recovery/storage charges. As they are not the 'Person Responsible' mentioned in section 99 of the RTR 1984. www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1984/27/section/102www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1984/27/section/99You can pay under duress to get the vehicle back, but then chase for it to be reimbursed or even small claims court if they still refuse.

I tried to call in a car a few months ago which had numberplates clearly cable tied over another pair. The visible set were for a completely different car and all plod wanted to know was how I was making the call from behind it on the M62 . Really? You do realise that you're perfectly entitled to use a mobile phone to make a call to the emergency services while driving, and I'm sure they know this, what with dealing with thousands of emergency calls every day...

I think the personalised plate arguement thing can be summed up fairly easily. There are two reasonable camps: those who have some kind of sentimental attachment to a piece of plastic with numbers and letters on, and those who don't understand why anyone would become attached to something like that. However there is a third camp that just contains the onanists.

That's pretty funky looking Can't work out what it's based on though... edit: although looking at the roof line it's clearly an R8

Videos like this make me happy. I should be getting my old Eunos back in the next couple of months (I had a buy-back agreement with the current owner) and really cannot wait. As for criticism about the video... the music at the start is awful

Looks like a good show, despite the weather. Love the Packard (though, not the colour) and is that a very convincing cut-out of Glenister against the Quattro? The cut out Glenister is awesome, although the square of pretend grass and reflection off the bonnet where his should be do rather give the game away

A delta is on my reasonable car bucket list although I suspect if I don't act soon it may be another vehicle that moves onto my unreasonable list

The answer to any question like this is MX5
Considering what you've been looking at already you're clearly not looking for some awful vag oil burner so clearly ignore the above.
