As I'm a bit of a Porsche anorak, I've seen these before. Did you notice the tyre tread on the Panamericana?

The only info for this Metro 6R4 I have is... Shared by Tim Painter and Andrew Fraser, this NA V6 Metro 6R4 features the bodywork of the car that would have competed in Group S. With 420Hp Isnt this a DAM 4100GTI? www.6r4.net/site/6r4-information/the-dam4100-gtiAn updated to the orgiinal 6R4 by david appleby. They are cool and a devestatingly quick car. Well, after reading the info in your link I would say that yes it is, but also no it isn't. I think this is an original Metro 6R4 with a DAM4100 Gti bodykit. As quoted from your link... "David also made available for 6R4 owners the chance to purchase DAM4100 panels to fit their original 'shorter' 6R4. The only panel that was different for the 4100 kit to fit an original 6R4 was on the front panel. It is there where you can see what is a genuine DAM4100, and a 6R4 which has the DAM4100 panels on. There is a much bigger gap from the back of the front wheel, to the front door on a DAM4100. On a standard 6R4 shell, it is much shorter."

From what I gather it will be the commercial sector, lorrys and such that will have to go down the hydrogen route. Battery power just won't work for their mileage. Yes, DHL and Bosch are already developing hydrogen trucks. Once they have and start to install hydrogen pumps across the country, we will start to see the rise in hydrogen car development. Well, that's my view anyhow.

I think it looks perfect and it's bagged so he could lift it at the back with the flick of a switch if he liked. Here's some more slammed Peugeots that are in my Flickr favourites... ...504 ...505
