Hello mate, no worries. I cracked on anyways and did it. If you search my thread, I uploaded progress pics as I went along.
Very pleased with the results! Thanks for the inspiration!

They're from America, they had wire wheel inserts originally. No branding on them though
I've bought 5 different sets of wheels to put on her, but every time I go back to these!

How the interior started the day... 11mm insulation... Carpet stuck down, some tidying up to do of that middle line... 11 hours later. Gave her a wash...

Painted and replaced 2000 sticker, new radiator and cap and new air filter. Still a long way from how I want it to look but she's getting there!

Cheers pal, yeah that's her!
Been sat most of the summer while I tinker with bits, there's a car show at the end of September that I'm hoping she's *finished* for.
*as if they're ever finished!*

Your DIY carpets just inspired me to purchase a roll from eBay. Any more pics of the install?

I nearly bought this car 2 and a bit years ago from a house over New Milton area!
Glad to see you're making progress with it already, I walked away at the time as it was showing signs of rot (and I don't have the mechanical skills you clearly do)!
Best of luck with her!

Went to all of them last year!

Hello all, Well here's my Mk3 Tina, I've owned her for just over 2 years. She spent 19 years in a barn so is pretty solid all round, I'm in the process of customising her further...as with these things they're never ending projects! Current focus is on tidying up the engine bay with a light bit of fine tuning, pics to follow...
