Lovely area of the world to relocate too Some great driving roads up there and great places to eat I was saying that to Sally, just driving through the area brings a feeling of calm and amazement. Loads of bikers there. wait for the summer Iβm originally from Telford , parents still live there so get up regularly Make sure in the summer you make a trip to oulton park which is only a short distance from him And I know you grizz you like places of interest , visit market Drayton which Is reported to be the home of British gingerbread If you fancy a weekend of site seeing around wales in to snowdonia and Anglesey let me know and Iβll recommend you a few places

I'd send another letter (recorded) explaining the situation and the dates involved, I'd also be tempted to call 101 and log it with them too, they will be able to trace the new owner via his licence number and make a log for any further offences post sale date. they canβt use the reg to trace the new owner as he hasnβt informed the DVLa he owns the vehicle it would just come back with the thread starters details

My uncle John and brother Phil used to race hotrods /stock cars back in the 70s both did fairly well, as I kid they would tell me a story on how they could make the engines produce more power than the lotus cortinas and would often run the engines in on the road in low spec looking fords of the time and would regularly embarrass so called more powerful and superior cars. They must of been ok at racing as my dad used to drive the converted bus they went around in that housed the two cars. Phils garage had all sorts of prescion tools in it for milling, balancing etc and my uncle John is spot on at body repairs all though both now well in to there seventies
My cousin also went on to be a British : European champion of lightening rods during the eighties, last time I visited his championship winning engine was sat in the corner of the workshop looking for a new home.

I used to live near an army supplies depot . Story had it that back in the late 70s early 80s when the mod was using the mini as fleet cars etc that more than one mini was made up of from parts that they ordered and were subsequently driven out of the main gate
I know for sure that at some point after that when my old man was serving on another base that the motor pool threw all of the generic tools for working on the mini in the slip! My old man rescued them , he had at one point a genuine bl rear beam reaming tool , hydrolastic pump , set of skeleton keys that would open most bl cars of the time and a massive box of ball joint washers

Iβve probably walked past you/your house then , done many training courses there ! Few beers in the pub just along the road then either a Chinese for the room ( better than the food they served in the hotel) or a walk in to town for some more beers! Remember one very drunk finding some club or other that was accessed down an alley way then up some stairs ! We missed the curfew for the gates at the hotel so ended up climbing over them! I miss those days Hahah Oh THAT place. er... lovely! you are still alive so it mustn't have gone too badly for you. The pub (The Bees Knees) was quite good I remember. Nice and local, ie twenty yards from my front door. Retro content, my old car outside the pub in question thatβs the place ! Was always the starting point for what should always of been a quiet night!
