Also if you do t have the v5 you should t be driving it on France as it's a legal requirement there to carry it at all times in the vehicle

How do i tax the car with no paper work then? Walk into your local DVLA office, take proof of insurance and your MOT. Then explain the situation, you've just purchased the car, the DVLA have the V5 and you need to tax it, they can do it there and then for you. They will have the sellers name/address on their system, you will need to provide this. The last time I taxed a UK car was in a similar scenario, I purchased it to bring it over and sell here. DVLA can be very helpful when you're trying to give them money. thats a bit impossible as the last of the local offices closed last December! It's now send it to Swansea or hope you can do it at the post office

I also saw this at the festival today!
Had to drag my dad away as he used to drive a goddess in its orginal role and he likes them that way ( suppose 21 years as a forces fire man gets you attached to them )

This offer is on nearly every other week at the moment!
Not sure on the quality of the oil though, I'd rather go for a decent named brand

Nice story
Think it's bad that a so called specialist let it get in to that state
Looks like a fun project that could have a quick turnaround or take a while depending on how you go about it

Surely painting it that color will wipe out most of its value and desirability? Standard paint all the way and your retro is? sorry i've had this sh*t before, if you don't like it fvck off and don't comment. a mini clubman 1275gt, externally will be almost standard all the way, presently tucked up in my dads garage which is 150 mils from where I live just stating that on the whole I prefer my cars to have stock paint . people on this forum are just way to defensive and cant take constructive or any critism at all.
