As above, either a 1.8 or 2.0 but must be an automatic and have some MOT left, colour isn't important.
I've got around a grand to spend, maybe a bit more if the car is rust free and on alloys.
I'd prefer one that's in Kent, I'm car-less at the minute, so my mum kindly offered to drive me to see/get one.
So, thats a 190e automatic for about a grand, are there any?

Whilst hunting for the Christmas Decorations I stumbled upon these (again).
No use to me anymore, the Polo is up on bricks in a field.
You can take them away for the grand sum of £10

Price drop to £70.
I tried looking for the offset but couldnt see anything.
If anyone is remotely interested, I can get out in the garden and take some individual pictures of each wheel and tread as they're not on the car.

Would like a set of four original VW alloys to put on my Lupo, with or without tyres. P Slots, snowflakes, or teardrops would be nice, but I'd consider anything. I'm in Kent, so the closer to me the better. ?

These came on my Lupo when i bought it last week, not really my cup of tea. Only one (broken) centre cap. Joe Sport 15" 4x100 have spigot rings for 57.1, not sure of size without.( Measuring one of the spigots with a vernier show 67.1) Tyres all have decent tread, 1 was new in August, the other 3 are less than a year old (all budget brands). 195/55-15 Can get more pictures, and details if there's any interest, but these are all I have for now. Collection only From Gillingham, Kent I'm looking for £100 for the four, or a swap for some original 4x100 VW alloys.

Still available, bought myself a VW Lupo to run around in.
Golf is now located in Charing, Kent, about 6 miles from Ashford and not far from the M20. (junction 8)

I need a motor to run around in for a few months whilst I repair my Golf, doesn't have to be a retro.
Just a couple of requirements:-
Needs to be an Automatic Have at least 6 months MOT Less than £500 something Golf sized or smaller. Kent area preferred, as my old dear has got to bring me to get it.
Thats it.
Trawled ebay and autotrader, but nothing much has come up.
Thanks!

Took it for an MOT today, and sad to say it's failed on the following:- Yours if you wanted to try and fix it, for offers around £400 It's now just sitting outside my house until the weekend, when it goes to the scrapyard. Oh, and I noticed today the sunroof leaks.

As of today, 6th October, it's an MOT FAILURE. Model: Volkswagen Golf MK2 Driver 1600 Automatic Year: 1990 'H' Mileage: 59,371 (will go up by ~ 20 miles a day, I still need to get to work!) MOT: Very short, due October 28th 2015 Pics: below (I hope) Location: Gillingham, Medway, Kent Price: £550 Contact details: gezzard@sky.com or PM me here. OK, so I'm the third owner, a lady in central london had it from new, when she died it went to a family friend who used it as a second car, who in turn sold it to me in April 2014, when I bought it it had 47,000 miles on it. I have been using it as my daily since then. I changed the carb to a Weber with a manual choke in May 2014, replaced the carb flange, new dizzy cap, leads, rotor arm, master cylinder, brake fluid and air filter too. Oil + filter change took place about 3 months ago, front brake pads were changed around the same time, as well as 2 new repro bumpers. 2 budget front tyres were put on about 8 weeks ago. Bad bits: The saggy headlining has been removed. I hit another car today when she pulled out on me, cracked the bumper, dented the passenger side wing. The passenger side wing mirror was pulled off by some inbred scrote. Cosmetically, there are various dents, one on the rear, covered by a German crest sticker. the car looks ok from a distance but closer inspection reveals some scratches. The heater fan is knackered, it was noisy, now only works on high, still warms the car up nicely. The drivers side wing has been replaced in the past for a pattern part, which has rusted through and the paint flaking off. Passenger side rear window doesn't open. Engine bay is a bit oily. I sold the original Blaupunkt radio (something I now regret). Good bits: erm. It's only done 59,000 miles It's an automatic Aside from the drivers wing, no rust! It's got a Weber carb. Power steering. I'm sure there's more I can't remember. More pictures here:- s262.photobucket.com/user/gezzard/library/VW%20Golf%20MK2?sort=3&page=1If you wanto to know anything else, ask away!

Whilst wealking my dog I'm surprised at the amouint of apparent abaondoned/unused old cars I see, some guy has a couple of Yugo Zastavas parked up, a couple of old Mercs, think I'll have to take my camera with me.

Bought 2 of these last year, one lives in my Golf but the other is unloved and lives in the cellar Thought I'd stick him on here to see if anyone else wants him. He's in pretty good nick I guess, his teeth I touched up with a marker pen, and his eyes have a bit of paint rubbed off, he doesn't look to me like he's faded at all. The suckers all work, and haven't gone milky. The label on his backside reads: Garfield, 1978, 1981, so don't really know how old he is. Anyway on to photos:- You can potentially look this cool too:- How about £15 ish delivered by Royal Mail.
