I've finally started cataloguing the bits from the 1979 and 1981 Ford Mustangs I've been breaking. You can see the first 100-odd on Flickr here: www.flickr.com/photos/theoldshedsquad/sets/72157632191199229/As you can see, most of this first batch is tripe so if you want any of this stuff, best to make yourself heard before some of it goes to the tip, especially plastic trim and heater ducts and other such guff. There are some more worthwhile bits but I've hit my Flickr upload limit for the month! Dave O771 535 O259

I've unloaded the black one and found that it doesn't have any seats at all... I also have the nose from a 1974-ish Mustang II in there somewhere, for some reason...

Hi, They're so packed full of spares I honestly couldn't tell you! I'll have to get back to you on that one once I've unloaded them, though the notchback is a Ghia so should have "leather" seats...

I have two early four-eye Foxes breaking for spares. The silver one is a right-hand drive 1981 Ghia notch with a LOT of rust around the screen, A-pillars and sunroof, plus in the scuttle. It also has TRX wheels and tyres with good tread but I wouldn't trust 'em. The black one is a left-hooker hatch that seems in very good order but has taken a whack to the offside rear quarter and someone has removed the roof between the B- and C-pillars... I tried decoding the (11-digit) VIN and it says it's a 1979 Mach I? The GT wheels are mine... Both were straight-six autos, neither still has engine or box, and I haven't even started "unpacking" the reams and reams of loose bits that are inside. Same here. I always spot cars that I want, usually when I haven't got a pot to p*ss in or a window to launch it out of. If I had a pocketful of cash, there'd be nothing worth buying. i have inexplicable urges towards buying an old beavertail at the moment, but figure that me owning a beavertail would be like a junkie in rehab being given a load of needles and stuff...
