1988 Ford Fiesta 1.4 Ghia (5 Speed) 27,901 miles from new 2 previous owners (Father and Son) Mot due 25/11/17 (passed last Mot with no advisories) Located in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. Price: £2500 please no offers or swaps. Best way to contact me is via email: jamie.tatlow@gmail.com The car has only done just over 300 since last October and was not driven over the winter all. 4 near new Pirelli P4s tyres Original car with no modifications right down to the original radio. Very comprehensive service history. Pervious owners kept every piece of service history and documentation regarding to the car. The car was bought new from Ford by a Ford employee and when he passed away around two years ago the car was passed onto his son. His son didn’t have much interest in the car so it sat unused until I bought it from him early last year. The body work is very clean, as you’d expect with a low mileage car like this. It has the odd light starch here and there but nothing worth noting. The only part of body work that could do with touching up would be the top of the passenger’s door that has a bit of rust coming through, its purely cosmetic and honestly has never bothered me hence not fixing it myself. The car still has it original dealer plates back and front that are in very good condition. Inside the car is very clean, no rips or stains on the seat. The front floors mat are what I presume to be the original ford items. The rear seats like they’ve barely been sat on. Everything inside the car works as it should, including the digital roof clock and original radio. The only thing that needs attention is the rev counter, which is intermittent. I suspect this is an earth, but haven’t had the time to sort it myself. The engine runs as it should, idles fine and will happily sit in traffic with no overheating. Being the rarer 1.4 CVH it has a 5speed gearbox versus the 4 speed that a 1.1 ghia would come with. The engine is the same engine that is fitted to the 1.4S Fiesta so it more than capable of keeping up with modern traffic. When I got the car I did an oil and air filter change as well as the cambelt/tensioner using a gates power grip belt and tensioner. It is ready to use straight away.

For sale: 1991 Ford Fiesta RS Turbo Diamond white Mileage: 32631 (presumed to be round the clock once) MOT: 30th April 2017 A very original car that retains its original suspension, exhaust and air box. A rare thing to see on most RS turbos these days. It has done less than 10,000 miles in the last 10 years! The car has a few spots of surface rust around the car as is to expected with a car of this age. There is some bubbling around the petrol cap that is common with MK3 Fiesta, as well as some rust on the passengers side scuttle panel. I have taken the car to a trusted body shop who have advised me it is nothing more than surface rust on the scuttle panel and will require just paint, no welding. The car has the original 3 spoke alloys with all new tyres that have done less than 5000 miles. The car runs and drives as it should. The brakes are sharp due to having new pads and discs recently. The suspension and steering feel tight and there is no smoke from the exhaust on idle or on boost. The car is current running 9.5PSI of boost with the only modifications to the engine being blue silicone hoses and some satin black engine parts. The car had the cam belt and tensioner recently using both a gates cam belt and tensioner. Whilst the cam belt was being replaced I have a genuine ford water pumped fitted. There is a slight oil leak from the rocker cover that isn’t serious but would need sorting in the future to keep the engine bay tidy. The car stays cool even in the recent how weather and the is due to it have an uprated thermostat and fan switch from MSD. The interior is as it left the factory. The only change is the original radio is missing. The original gear knob is worn and could do with a re trim although it does function fine. Prior to be buying the car it had sat in storage and during its time in storage the head lining was water stained. If I have forgotten anything I will update the ad. If you have any questions feel free to either message me on there or the best way to get hold of me is by email jamie.tatlow @ gmail.com Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. Price: £3400 NO SWAPS The price is firm so please don’t expect to turn up and make an offer. This is to deter time wasters.

Model: Ford Fiesta Ghia Year: 1986 Mileage: 72,000 Tax: N/A MOT: 22nd September 2015 Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk Price: £1595 ONO Contact details: PM or Jamie.tatlow(at)gmail.com Best way is emailing me, as I work long hours and am not able to make long phone calls. Up for sale is my 1986 1.4 (5 speed) Ford Fiesta Ghia. The car benefits from a 5 speed gearbox due to having a CVH engine fitted from the factory at extra cost. CVHs in non XR spec MK2’s are rare. The 1.4 is 75bhp as standard with a book top speed of 101mph, which means it will sit at 70-80mph on the motorway all day long whilst still returning roughly 40mpg. The car is surprisingly quick for what it is. The reason this is up for sale is that I am looking to buy a MK2 XR2 or MK3 RS Turbo/ Viewing is encouraged, as I am not willing to accept an offer over the phone/email/PM. I would prefer anyone interested to view the car and then make an offer. I have put the price up as nearest offer but I have a price that I won’t go below and its not far off what it is advertised for. The car is in Suffolk, but I live in Hertfordshire. I will travel back to Suffolk for viewings. For security reasons viewings won’t be held where the car is stored. Wheels: 13x6J RS Snowflakes Correct ghia wheel bolts 165/55/13 tyres all round. Suspension: Standard shocks which are currently fitted with 50mm springs. Adjustable panhard rod (less than 3 months old) Engine: Omex Rev limiter and launch control (button mounted on dash) K&N filter 4-2-1 heat wrapped exhaust manifold Mild steel XR2 exhaust Chrome rocker cover Chrome Strut tops. Interior: General age related wear and tear, but nothing major. Not tears on the seats. It is all standard apart from an XR2 steering wheel which is a good upgrade over the flimsy standard wheel. Being a ghia it benefits from a high spec dash, which includes a rev counter. It also has a standard roof mounted clock and velour seats as standard. Exterior: Standard and all the original chrome is there as if left the factory apart from the front bumper which is missing its chrome. The headlights currently have yellow tinted bulbs, which are brighter than standard bulbs as well as giving a yellow euro look. Body work General dents and dinks, but nothing major apart from a dent by the passengers rear window. Done by an elderly previous owner (no idea how they managed it!?!) The bonnet has some rust along the front lip Small amount of rust on the bottom of the passenger’s door. Passengers side boot floor corner is rusty. Wasn’t an issue on the last mot, more cosmetic.

Model: Ford Fiesta Ghia Year: 1986 Mileage: 62,911 Tax: None MOT: 9/8 months Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk Price: £275 no offers. Contact details: PM or Jamie.tatlow(at)gmail.com I'm putting my Ghia up for sale as yesterday the car was involved in an accident (went into the back of another car at 20mph). The car needs the front panel, drivers side wing, bonnet and radiator replacing. To say I'm gutted is an understatement. Unfortunately I've not got any friends who work in body shops so I can afford the repairs. The car does still drive fine and the engine runs perfectly, but it can't be driven a great distance due to the radiator leaking. Being a (dare I say it) rarer 1.4 MK2 it has everything on it that is needed for a CVH conversion into another non CVH MK2. The car will come with XR2 downpipe and XR2 exhaust that is currently fitted. As stated above the car still has 8/9 months MOT. All it needed for the last MOT was a new tyre. Although I have made my insurance away of the accident due to another car being involved, I have told them I won't be making a claim for my car. There for the car is not written off or have a 'cat' category against it. Any questions feel free to email or PM me.

The fronts will be fine mate. When you go lower the camber will allow them to sit in the arch. You'll need to roll the front lips though. Here's one of my old ghias with ET26 7J wheels lowered on gaz coilovers. The fronts poked slightly, but when I wound the front down they sat in the archs.
