Paint it white, chuck some plastic flowers on the parcel shelf, then drive some lousy people to a crummy wedding.

I really want a battered old Rolls or Bentley to play with, plans would consist on slamming and not much else. At the moment they are a bit out of my price range though!

I'd roll that rolls as is Me too! With the exception of re-fitting the lights, but I'd roll that just how it is and never worry about paint. I'd more than likely add a roofrack too, with a rusty penny farthing instead of a bmx lol. I don't care what's "scene", I like it.

Just lacquer it and it's sorted! Agreed! clear coat it! (maybe do some small 'banksy' style stencils with a 'royal' theme 1st though!)

Matt black, nato green, played out and one stop from the banger track.
The problem with ratting is it turns a perfectly OK car into junk yard fodder.
Jeff's Roller (at least it was unusual back when he did it) was a straight and pretty tidy car. He got it at the right price, did the matt black and 6 months later he'd bored of it, nobody wanted a curse word looking matt black Silver Shadow so it ended up being broken.
Which is a sad end for a decent car.

Akku, maybe in that sitaution its knowing where to sell it i.e. on this forum something like that would probably sell.
Let it rust a little then lacquer it, gives a wierd effect but wont rust any further i believe, don't take that for 100% truth though ;D

Akku, maybe in that sitaution its knowing where to sell it I.e. on this forum something like that would probably sell. Ha ha ha! On this forum something like that would elicit 300 posts of "if only I hadn't just bought a skateboard / got my gas bill / if only you lived next door to me / my mum/girlfriend/wife would let me have it / if only it were a 1.6 TDI / VW, etc. then I would DEFO buy that STAT" until the seller knaws his own leg off in despair. Or the seller is prepared to sell for £50. It went to the highest bidder on eBay. Who bought it for the engine and turned the front panels into a barbeque.
