Well the new main jets arrived today, and i put in the 110 straight away and it now runs absolutely great I also bought a 105, but i might send it back for a 112.5. With the new jet the bike has loads more power, starts alot easier and warms up alot quicker. What else shall i do to it?

smog pump supercharger? megaphone exhaust? 28mm carb? strip everything off it and make it into a cafe racer? cbx550 piston turn it into a 150? racing shocks and disc brake front end with ace bars? ace bars worth nearly 10mph of aerodynamics.

Haha, well the smog pump supercharger really is a possability I'm trying to find somewhere to get a hollow megagphone, as i tried making one, but I'm not to good in the rollers just yet If i could find a stronger bttom end and an idea of how to do an exterior oil way (like mounting an oil cooler) i would definately go for a +2 cbx550 piston Thanks

Wow, havent updated in a while.
Today i was looking at the old carb, and i figured out that the new jets from the mikuni fit the original kiehin, so that means i can run the bigger original carb with the missing mixture screw replaced by the one off the mikuni.
So, the question is, which jet should i use in the keihin? The original one is a 100, but apparently these bikes are really leaned out from teh factiry, and plus its got a straight through pipe. I have the option of a 105 and a 110.
Cheers

Cheers, will do. In your earlier post, you said about using a cbx550 piston for a 150, but the biggest you can get is 0.25 oversize, and that makes 134. I know that its not much, but if a ever need to replace the piston i might aswell ;D
