Ahh well ...if your budget will stretch then all is possible Lump back out from under now the cams are run in . Got to make up new water routing and fit electric pump . I've been trying to avoid this but a charge cooler is going in as well .Cheap but solid Hong Kong Phooey design . Remote oil filter/sensor plate/oil cooler . No space at the filter port on the block now .Remote stuff comes from a Renault 25T so is perfect .

Turbo oil drain rerouted .Pirtek in Derby while you wait . Starter was playing up when we were bedding in the cams .It will spin up fine but was getting caught when the engine fired up .Too much throw I think and it can't get away fast enough so I've spaced it out a bit more and hope for the best . I've just wired up the electric water pump .I need to source a new alternator belt ,multi 5 V about this long ish ?? Ring a bell with anyone ?

21TPhase 1 and Phase 2 - easy to tell apart physically - but what is difference bewtweenPhase 2 and Phase 3? 92 would make it a K -one of the last ones?

For your belt, youll need a Gates 5PK1173 (a bit short) or a 5pk1193 (a bit long) The slightly short one is off a punto, 1993-1999 1.2 16v 80

Also different hydraulic clutch setup which is curse word so mines been converted to phase 1 . Not sure what else differs as I've not done much to it yet .It's the daily driver but may well become mine alone once the GTA is done . I sorted the belt Cobblers ,thanks for the input .

All back together and run in . Finished about midnight Thursday night after deciding that we needed a bigger blower .The trip down to Pod was eventful .Some eejut had forgotten to put the speed sensor in the gear box so it had a slight leak Stopped off at one of my toolmakers customers in Leicester and he knocked up an ali plug that I hammered in . Job done ;D 80 miles on the engine down to Pod then mapped up to 18 psi before the clutch was starting to slip Plenty more to come from the engine but I need to swap the clutch out then fit another blower to map it .Going to fit this and stay well behind people at road junctions

do a search for john lane , he has a 260 with blown PRV , heads and block from an eagle premier , 3.2 litre .
have to say , never been in one , but would love one just from their uniqeness and understatement .
We used to race against the venturis 24v twin turbo about 550 hp , if you could find a 24v , you could easily turbo it . Are those exhaust manifolds the std items ?

Time for reflection and I've not got as far as I wanted to this year .Engine side is pretty much sorted ,we just need to get a final figure out of the present lump and then crack on with MK2 lump . Heads will be coming off to check burn and poss a little bit of valve work but not too much more can be done . Of course power is nothing without control so to that end I'm stripping the whole car down and upgrading a few bits ,must be ready by start of the end of Spring if not before Front end running gear/suspension is all off to be rebushed etc and so is rear . Some bits that will go on ......Done a deal with the Devil .

Is that your inter-cooler across the rear?
Did your charge cooler work ok?

Charge cooler never really worked that well .Main issue was the turbo overboosting though ,I just couldn't control it .The heads are breathing just too well and we are going external wastegate .Turbo spec has changed so hopefully we will see a lot less heat being generated . Big bar and plate intercooler sitting in the original position now .It's actually two coolers for a twin Supra ,one end chopped off and spliced together .

Ahh so its fed from the tail spoiler/lip opening and down out the rear?
Is there much airflow there? I was thinking of putting an oil cooler and maybe my air inlet there...
BTW whats happening with your shop? I get an odd message when I try accessing it. I was thinking of a lemans bodykit too, and was wondering about prices!

I've let the shop slide and not renewed .Think I only sold a couple of sets of ht leads in all the time I've had it .I tend to get more interest from the RAOC forum . You can still get the Lemans panels from Dieppe I think but lots of money .Axiel Reiss do rep bits but again ££££sssssss . Yes it gets flow .Europa Cup cars take the inlet from there ,one of the little scoops that would usually feed the engine cover .
