I doub't he'd appreciate me telling everyone where in Scotland, but its on the eastern side. Yes all owned by one guy. I was disappointed to see so many cars outside, however most of them are taxed,mot'd and in use. Definately think he needs to build a barn though. Gold victor, Datsun SSS, 510 came from me. He has also recently bought a 180B estate (not pictured) and also has one or two OTHER cars which were not there when I was taking pics.
Chap made brief visits to a couple of the Retrorides shows.
I don't think any cars are for sale. But if theres something there you absolutely are going nuts over, ask and I will endeavour to ask him next time I speak to him.

Scottish gritty roads and 70's j-tin aren't always a great mix. I'd want to get as many of them clean and inside as possible or they'll disolve infront of his eyes.
That's my idea of a perfect garden, unfortunatly my Mrs doesn't agree. She likes flowers, grass and stuff rather than a bed of rust datsuns. Pfft.

Looks like a pretty depressing scene to me, gotta be honest. That would have been me, up to a few years ago, unfortunately I have learnt the hard way about taking on too many projects then being in the situation of the overall fleet avearge rust level 'gaining on me' despite my best efforts  Has he got a mazda 929 4-dr hardtop as well? I once saw a pic of one of these sitting rotting outdoors and was told it was in scotland. |
