Hi, wondering if anyone has some advice about making up a repair wheelarch panel. I have some of the old outer and inner sections left but not much after cutting away. I also have the N/S quarter panel, which I've been trying to use as a sort of reverse template for the other side. I'm struggling a bit with the wheelarch section. It is not a steady circle, more of a "flatter" curve if that makes sense? It also has a sort of flared section above the arch lip before it bends into, and up, the body side. It's not like the arch then it goes straight up. At each end the flare kind of blends slowly into the ends of the arch ad it disappears.
Don't know if you can see that in the pics?

cammy72 - thanks for the very kind offer, shame I have an odd car so there's not a big market for parts (so making a batch isn't sensible). Top RR brownie points for the offer though !
Hi Nomad, always happy to have a look at the panel if you like. I have full cnc laser , cnc punch, cnc forming & folding facilities.
The factory is based in Luton Bedfordshire, so if you cant get a drawing or dxf and if your local'ish your always welcome to pop in and we can take a look - 01582 492949 ask for Cam and one of the girls will track me down.
I will always do my best to look after fellow car guys price wise, had a few users pop in to the factory now.
I can make just about any panel or section required , may be an idea to round up some numbers of possible guys wishing the panels. Pop in and the design guys will see what we can do. We recently saved a straight 8 Hudson head / engine due to numerous head repairs and needing further work. We laser cut sandwich plates that were then milled down to give a true mating face. Wasnt an easy job but more than confident in out engineers. Feel free to stop by and we will see what we can to help you out.
