Stop the press! I managed to find a photo from one of my build albums!  Sorry about the massive picture size, and the fact its not totally clear, thats an image looking from the bottom, as you can see the left side hub assembly has been removed! Sean - do you require better pictures?? Edd |

i'd like to have the engine, however the missus and my bank account completely disagree with me at the minute. if you ever get to a point where you really need it gone let me know and i'll see what i can do  |

Hi Edd,
That will do to be honest.
Need to arrange a convenient time to collect.
Did you manage to get the spring out with standard spring compressors, or did you use a special tool? I will see if I can get the proper one from work. As I said earlier, ideally I would like to strip it too make it easier to fit in the car (if the older Jags are anything to go by, they're bloody heavy!)

Sean - I forget how i got it out, but i don't own spring compressors so it cant have been too hard!
