he he,my old louvred bonnet gets about.First on the red one and then the blue estate. There are a fair few very nice FD's about still. Steve Green's light green estate is killer looking, and Davie Toole's old pick up still looks good. One not on here is Pete Davies's green estate. It's a build in progress but with Chevy 350/TH400 power it drives really well. It's a perfect every day classic car. Looks and drives great, goes well when you put your foot down.It even handles ok...lol

Seems my pickup gets into every FD search nowadays, lol
It doesn't get about much any more, last time it was on the road was 2007.

... the only injury I sustained was a bumped head when I let the seatbelt of without realizing the car was upside down and that's not really the car's fault.

1969 Ventora, my second car (first was a Mk2 Cortina estate), bought when I was about 16, in around '85 for £60 IIRC. Front wing you can see was made from rags, newspaper and clag. Actually got a good S/H wing from a scrappy, but the car got weighed in, and the wing got scrapped. Overdrive 'box was bought by a guy with a big-engined Viva IIRC, and the interior, trim ect. sat up my parents loft until I sold it all a few years later. Still got the number plate hanging on the garage door...

Looks like austin1750maxi is no longer a member. Try the net to see if the pictures are posted elsewhere. Unless anyone else here knows them?
