If the shell is as good as you say it is, punt it up on here

and someone will relieve you of it.
You have royally shafted yourself by selling the 1275. They are well tuneable and may not have out-and-out top speed, but with the axle on that car you'd leave the chavs wondering what the hell had hit them. Someone may cough one up for reasonable £ if you ask nicely. Or find a screwed Caterham and whip the engine and box out....
Otherwise, wheels are TR7 alloys as is, Maestro/Montego/MGF/Dolly Sprint all with spacers or any aftermarket Triumph 3.75" fit with 13mm offset. The Mini alloys will not fit - period. Minimum tyre width is 175 and try to maintain approx rolling radius as the arches aren't that big. Drop the front one spline on the torsion bars and the back 1.5" by blocks or re-setting the springs. Swap the rear upper shock mounts side-to-side as it makes them more upright. Dropping the back 1.5" increases castor and makes the turn-in better.
Ben on the Fastmarinamagazine forum is fitting a Zetec into a TC and has the gen on whats needed - or just stick a V8 in it ;D
Seriously, if it is solid and in good nick then the Marina Owners lot would be interested, even if its only for spares.
