don't know if it belongs to anyone on here but I saw a mk1 fiesta on the way home from work tonight. Grey metallic, lowered on black steels with silver rims and MY SHITTA made up from late ford badges on back. The driver was checking out my tina and we shared a wave before the lights changed and he shot off the other way, but what I'm geting at is I've never really noticed the retro potential of the mk1 before now. I guess its to do with all the curse word xr2 lookalikes and other barryed up delights that were knocking around here up to a few years ago. But it made me think, I really cant remember the last time I saw a mk1 fiesta, where did they all go? And if the guy that grey mk1 in basildon tonight at about 5.30 is on here, good work fella .

Missus had one as her first car - was a real hoot!! One of those cars where the basic mods are enough to make it look good Ideally it would be a Supersport running a tuned 1700/twin carbs or zetec - Much 8-)ness ;D

I sat my test in a Mark 1 Fiesta. It was the limited edition black one with black/red checked interior. Does anyone remember what they were called?

Hopefully/finally there will be a Mk1 sat on my drive very soon since my test is on the 27th May (I kept that quiet) i'm on the look out for a decent (doesn't have to be perfect) white 1.1 with T&T so if anyone knows of any going at a cheapish price let me know and hopefully i'll have the finances for one by the end of next month.
