Yeah it will be! I'm in the final streight at the moment! So long as the trunions are greased you can't go far wrong. They can be a little nose heavy with the old B Series in but you can cure that with mods. Ben mine might be a bit nose heavy 2.5 omega v6 24valve (not finished yet might just stick a c20xe in at a later date)

I would go for a KV6 myself. Very light, 200 horse out of the box. It should give the car very similar balance to an A series engine, since they are the same length and weight.
Got me thinking now..

oh yeah whats the pcd/offset on marinas & volvo 360's Have a gander in PPC, they have a wheel table in there this issue. TR7 wheels will go straight on. The Marina wasn't designed as an out-and-out sporty car, it was designed to compete with the Cortina and replace the Farina Oxford/Cambridge, which is why in original guise its not brilliant; but there is potential there IF you listen to those who know and carry out simple steps. I fitted the GT with telescopics on the front, wider tyres on TR7 Minilights, 1.5" lowering blocks, EBC Greenstuff pads and then went BINI Cooper-baiting round Snetterton. It also outbraked a 911 into the Esses from 105mph. My whole car cost less than the insurance on a colleague at works Peugeot hatch.....

but there is potential there IF you listen to those who know and carry out simple steps. I can believe that, would be quite interesting to tease predictable handling out of it It also outbraked a 911 into the Esses from 105mph. But I don't believe this unless the 911 driver was afraid to press the pedal or the brakes were knackered.
