Got a set of 4 spoke Revolution alloy wheels here, that I bought for my Spitfire project. I ended up selling the car before I got round to using them and they've just sat in the corner of my shed for the past few months.
There are two pairs, the smaller pair are 13x6 et12 and the wider pair are 13x8 et0 (Offsets measured myself, so could be ±1-2mm). All 4 are drilled 4x95.25mm / 4x3 3/4" PCD, which fits various small chassis Triumphs and a few old Lotus I believe? They are drilled for 9/16" shank sleeve nuts.
