The AACNW's monthly meets go on through the year (though sometimes postponed when they clash with other shows) but April's gathering was the first I've been able to get to for ages. Figuring that, now we're in spring some of the older cars will have come out of hibernation, I decided to bob along and see what was going on.
As per usual the classic trucks were out in force, but I think we've reached a peak with this scene now and I believe the 70s vans are now taking their place, as witnessed by the distressed blue Chevy which seemed to be straddling both camps.
For an interesting bit of contrast there was also a Japanese car club (I mean the cars were Japanese not necessarily the owners) staging a display of their cars, plus a smattering of other non-American classics.
I think the photos are self explanatory but if you have any questions feel free.
