Hi guys, I’m really struggling atm to find some new or relatively good condition backing plates for the drums on my 1.0l base model 205 project. My old ones were in horrendous condition, beyond salvageable.. could anyone help me out?
Thanks Adam Jon

Not got any myself but pretty sure Citroën Saxo of similar vintage will be the same! Probably more saxo's gone for scrap as ppl love pugs!

They don't have a listing for brake backing plates or otherwise.. Saxo is probably not going to work, parts look too different. Saxo: 205:

you need to take a pic, there are a few variances, round hole or oblong hole for the wheel cylinder.
base model shoes are all 180x30 but there are girling and bendix variants

may be able to assist btw, have used quite a few base model axles to refresh gti's so may well have some backplates.
