Been offered this by a friend of mine, looks like it needs a lot of welding along the bottom 4 inches! BUT it's a 1.5 diesel, which I'm led to believe is very rare!
Anyone had one? Or seen one recently? Must be a rare car!

Bias opinion due to being a huge pug fan, but I’d go for it! 505s look awesome!

305 GRD, discreetly identified from the outside by the letters "GRD" on the left side of the boot/trunk lid, and powered by a 1,548 cc diesel unit incorporating an aluminium engine block with an overhead camshaft along with a Bosch injector pump, and offering up to 50 PS (37 kW; 49 hp) of power.
Get it mate, never ever speeding fines anymore!! Win win!!

I’ve got a 305 1.9d and that is very “relaxing” to drive. They’re actually really comfy in a french way. As rblote says, no fear of speeding.
Was the engine commonly used in anything else? Just thinking about parts availability. But yes, probably buy it, they’re nice cars!
