	Ive been told using primer then some thing like hammerite smooth is about as good as it gets, what do you reckon? It can be spray or brush. thanks

	A motorbike? I'd use 2 pack epoxy gloss chassis black Eg www.rust.co.uk/product/cat/em-121-epoxy-rust-proofing-chassis-paint-7 Or powdercoating
