Right so today i had a look at the rear brake cylinders, well i looked at one. Peeled the dust covers back on the p/s/r and there was a small amount of fluid visible so i thought sod it il buy two new ones. i have also started checking all the flares on the pipes i made. I will report back with my findings lol. Thanks guys for all your input so far.

what sort of flare tool did you use ?

not saying its the case here but my samurai was a 24 carat sod to bleed until i hung some weight on the rear flexi so it looped down rather than upwards. however hard or fast you pumped , air would always be held at the top of the loop.
