After four years of ownership this is now ready for sale. It's a 2000 MY (W reg - private plate now removed) 2.7 5 speed manual Boxster. And it's a nice one!
Ocean Blue with Savannah interior - a very desirable combination.
78k miles with FSH, mostly AFN Porsche, then specialist including last two services done by Chelsea Carrera, the most recent was done 300 miles ago, with receipts to prove. 17 service stamps in book plus more stamps for brake fluid changes, etc.
Within the history file I have receipts from AFN Porsche for £££££, every MoT certificate from new and every tax disk from new. Clean log-book, 3 previous owners plus me.
2 keys, both work.
All important IMS bearing has been replaced by AFN Porsche with receipt to prove.
MoT until 8th April 2020
Kept in dehumidified and carpeted garage, only used in dry weather, hasn't seen rain during my ownership.
Front bumper was resprayed last year due to collision with a pheasant, rest of bodywork polished and very clean. A couple of very small marks but nothing for a 19 year old car.
Original alloy wheels in excellent condition with good Michelin tyres all round, correct for car. Spare pair of alloy wheels with usable tyres included.
Original space-saver wheel and toolkit present and complete.
Interior is mint. Comes with original centre console and a GT3 delete kit, which liberates space for your left leg, which costs over £300 from Porsche.
Leather seats, part electric, no significant wear.
Airbags, electric windows, mirrors, central locking, CD radio, all work.
Electric roof, in good condition, clear back window (not cloudy) with no cracks.
Original Porsche cream and spare black floor mats.
No modifications whatsoever, original stereo, wheels, lights, exhaust, etc.
Drives like it should, engine pulls well, doesn't use oil or water, gearbox is smooth, clutch take up is just right, brakes are good, all inspected and approved by Porsche specialist 300 miles ago.
Pre 2001 registered thus cheaper VED.
I'm selling the Boxster because I don't use it much and I would like to put my W124 200E into the garage where the Boxster is kept.
I am after £5,000 cash please. This price includes the spare wheels, mats and GT3 console delete kit. If you stand in front of me and wave a wad of cash I might consider an offer. You will have to look long and hard to find a better all round Boxster for this money.
Car is located 5 mins from M40 J3.
