Difficult one for me this but here goes…
SAAB 9-3 VIGGEN 3DR COUPE (Black)
I’ve had her for nearly 2 years now (purchased in Jan/17), the previous owner had the car for 15 years, I purchased it off the forum, an enthusiast who actually had 2, the other was lightening blue. When I bought the car it was in need of some minor tlc but I decided to run her occasionally as was, from a maintenance stand point she has literally wanted for nothing. The service history is first class, with all original service books, purchase invoice, parts invoices and services invoices, in addition to the service invoices the specialist that serviced the car has actually written on the back of them what he thought it might need in the future, a personnel touch I thought.
It wasn’t until late 2017/2018 that I started to spend some money on her, I’ll stick with what I’ve done to her for the description otherwise we’ll be here all day.
All the following the work has been carried out by professionals, MGM Saab Specialist in Carlisle, Greta Body Works in Keswick.
Parts were supplied by, Neo Brothers, Saabits, Jamsaab, Parts for Saabs and where ever I could helping other enthusiasts out.
I should point out I have receipts for all parts and labour on the above, coupled with what came with the car, giving the owner a full comprehensive service history.

The whole interior has been hovered, wiped, conditioned and polished.
REASON FOR SELLING
Back in August 2018 I purchased a Saab 900 T16s, since then it’s been at MGM waiting to get mot’d and back on the road, work has recently got under a way and although it doesnt need that much i only have one garage so I’m being realistic one has to go, the Viggen has been tooked away since late September after the last bodywork visit, ideally I’d love to keep both, who wouldn’t love to have a black viggen and a black t16s parked next to each other in the garage. That said I’m in no rush to sell .
SUMMARY
Performs and drives superb and what I think would make a good investment.
Not many of these left now, very few in black
Impeccable service history with 2 x keys and slugs both working.
I’ve only covered 2.5k in my ownership the car is currently showing just over 80k.
2 previous owners, New Mot up in March 2020 and not a single issue but I’ll the reg is J13RJC and will stop with the car.
Thanks
