I've just bought one of the small, lithium battery, jumpstart packs. It has a very short lead to the crocodile (alligator for Americans) clips. Does anybody know of a source of compatible connectors, I'd like to make up some 'fly' leads that I can leave on the car so I can connect chargers, jump leads etc. The connector is this one;

If your pack is the same connector as mine (looks to be) those are EC5 connectors. Common in the RC world and therefore all over eBay/Amazon etc.

Beware of making the leads too long - I think part of the reason they get away with small diameter cables is because of a very low volts drop over such a short distance. Your "extension" cables would need to be the same as the normal battery cables - probably 35mm or so. 16mm at a push.

Thanks EC5, 5 pairs for £6 on eBay.
Noted re length of cables, what I really want is to have 'tails' to the battery, using decent gauge cable, that I can plug a variety of things into, charger, solar panel, jump leads...
Might end up using 50A Anderson plugs though, but they're more like £6 each. (EC5 rated at 80-100A?)
