I've been given a discount code by the club I normally attend with but I can't figure out where this code gets entered on the ticket site?
I consider myself computer literate after 20 years in I.T so am missing something obvious here? ๐

Club stand all booked.
One small question though. Do our members just book day tickets and then we let you know who they are or is there a way of adding the club code when they book?

I don't think discount codes exist - it's just a standard flat advance price or pay on the gate price. I guess you mean the club code so the organisers know what stands the cars are on. If so that's on retroridesevents.com/ - when you sign up there you can enter in your club code and your ticket booking code (that you get once you've purchased your ticket) to tie the two together. Saw you roll by when you arrived at really retro show on sunday by the way. looks good.

Thanks, it seems it was a miscommunication from the chap setting up the club stand so standard ticket bought, still pretty cheap at ยฃ10 Ah, nice to be spotted Yours was one of the few makes/models my car mad nephew didn't recognise, looked very clean and sits nice ๐

Can anyone point me in the direction of rules for the campsite or will all the info be sent out with the tickets?
Are fires allowed, what facilities are there ect?
First time to the gathering so I'm not sure what I'll need aside from normal camping stuff!

First time to the gathering so I'm not sure what I'll need aside from normal camping stuff! James No open fires but fire pits and bbqs off the ground are allowed, facilities are ok on the field but only temporary toilets, not much going on Friday evening except boozing and chatting, We normally go for a walk up the hill first thing Saturday after breakfast to clear away any hangovers, the bar is open on the Saturday night and the tat auction is essential as is the chip van. Itโs a bit of a drive to the nearest shop so bring plenty of supplies. Itโs my eighth Gathering in a row and I wouldnโt miss it for anything, itโs a great weekend and location and when youโve done it once youโll be hooked, youโll make some great friends and contacts if your not afraid to mingle and put yourself out there a bit, every one is there for the same thing. Oh I nearly forgot if itโs a clear night check out the stars, itโs stunning. ๐

Actually if you count the weekender it's my 15th show - I'm quite sure I'm not the only one who has done every single one

Hillmanjames - will be good to catch up Facilities on-site are basic but ok (portable toilets + 2 portable showers), etc. There's a town nearby, so either bring supplies with you or stock up on your way to the campsite. For info, mobile reception on the campsite is near nil but you can make calls if you make a short walk to the highest edge of the camping area. I prefer to arrive near noon on Friday so I can pick a spot for the tent, then wander around with beer(s) catching up with folk until daft o'clock on Saturday morning. Lazy start on Saturday then either tag along on a scavenge trip (local scrapyard etc) or into town. Return to campsite, beers - (optional : daft activities, diy suspension swaps, etc) - tat auction in the evening - more beers. Sunday move the car to the show field, leave early afternoon to head home. Advice : Work out how much beer you will drink over the weekend, and bring double (it saves having to make an unplanned shopping trip before the 2nd nite)

Thereโs approx 5/6 of us who would like to attend, is there still space to display?

Early July, so soon I thought it had opened but it was someone applying the old way - direct to my email It won't be long I'm sure of it and in typical fashion I may be going abroad with work for a bit!!!! I really need to think about a different job!!!
