I want to rework the spring pans on my Morris Oxford, to take the new air-springs. I need to cut out the existing bump stop mount. If I create a "pocket" I can get the car much lower. To do this I need a couple of lengths of tube - max 75mm long. The tube needs to be 125-130mm OD and something handy to 3mm wall thickness Anyone have such a piece of steel hidden in their scrap pile, or know where I can get some. Thanks

A bit too far from Lincoln then....
Suggest you look up local roller shutter door makers, 5" tube is one of the standard sizes used for making the barrel, they'll probably have offcuts....

Cheap enough on eBay to the spec you want. I only ever buy 1/2 metre or metre lengths for doing the same thing.
