Retro friendly mechanic or garage in Pudsey Yorkshire

Hi I have a friend over in Pudsey. She has a 97 mx3 that needs recommissioning . She needs help without being taken advantage of. Can anyone point towards a reputable garage or person. Will need brakes, maybe some welding and a new battery as been stood a while thanks
