	Does the car stop at all? IME, a car on new pads will generally have a soft pedal until things bed in. If you pump the pedal with the car running, does it get any harder?

	If you remove all outlet pipes from master cylinder and screw in bleed nipples pedal should be solid.If not master cylinder faulty.If solid try refitting one circuit at a time and bleed.Long winded I know but you should be able too isolate circuit giving problem.Hope this helps.Paul.
