Here I have my 1995 Mercedes E300 Diesel 7 seater up for grabs.
My original plans where to turbo charge it and have a nice daily driver and tower but realise I just have too many other things on my plate so letting it go.
It’s a w124 E300 D, powered by the OM606.910 engine and 4 speed auto box, its just about run in with 272,700 miles on the clock although you wouldn’t know it, it’s a factory 7 seater car with fold out seats in the boot and the interior is in good shape, sunroof all works as it should, has got an original detachable Mercedes tow bar fitted and tow detachable tow ball is in the boot along with first aid kit and warning triangle, tool kit and spare wheel, also got loads of history along with two keys.
I’ve just fitted new propshaft doughnuts, new centre prop bearing and carrier and re-greased the joints, has had a recent new exhaust, o/s/f lower arm, pads all round, brakes bled and all filters and a service, its a very clean car for the age and mileage, no real rust of that I can find, obviously has a few little issues, I think a couple of glow plugs are not working as it runs lumpy for about 10-20 seconds when stated from bone cold in the morning and smokes a little although fires straight up first turn of the key, could probably do with a wheel balance as it has a slight vibration over 60mph, remote central locking is a bit iffy, dash lights don’t work and has a slight crack in the windscreen out of view.
