For Sale - 1993 BMW E30 Touring 328i - Built by RallyPrep
Sold as a drift car in 2015 this arrived with RallyPrep during Spring 2017 where they took the car back to bare shell before de-rusting the car, cleaning the underside and protecting it. They also seem welded the engine bay, strengthened the diff mounting area and fabricated very good quality mounts for the hydro and coolerworx shifter. An M52B28 was fitted along with E30 M3 rear diff, full braided lines, suspension setup etc etc to the tune of a bill totaling over £11k.
I have strongly considered keeping this car as it’s a great spec and awesome fun to drive. It has MOT until July 2019 and has receipts for the £11k spent in spring 2017. I personally would have used it for a mix of grip and drift events but my ultimate goal this winter is to buy a 46 M3 so I need to move this on. Tourings are pretty rare now as it is, this is a 316 originally and still states as such on the V5.
I spoke to RallyPrep my self who did all the work on the car before I decided to buy it off the current owner and they valued the car as it sits at between £5k and £7k. The rebuilt 4 plate E30 M3 diff with 4.1 CROWN wheel is valued at £1500 alone.

I’d rather not break the car for parts so I'm putting it up for sale as it is to begin with. If no interest I will either break for bits or have it painted myself with some new wheels.
There are only two bad points I can pick up on. The wheels have some kerbing and rash, id replace them personally but they hold air and are straight and ok to drive on, they just don’t look any good. Although the car was de-rusted it had a livery fitted at one point so requires paint on front end and roof where lacquer has pealed.
The car is priced accordingly and I will only accept very close offers, its worth more in bits than I'm asking for it and if I end up having to have it painted and new wheels it will go up again a fair bit more.
This isn’t a drift shed or some old rusty touring found in someone’s garden, it’s a car prepared by one of the best E30 comp builders in the country. So if you want something over 200bhp that weighs very little and is just different to anything you will find attending a trackday this is the car for you.
I'm located Chippenham Wilts and viewing is more than welcome. I won’t take any part ex on this car unless its something that will increase in value over the coming months. Nothing after 2003, no diesels, no autos. More pics available on request and happy to do a walk around video if needed.
