Hi, I've got a 1984 2 door vauxhall nova saloon that I've had in my garage for 6 years now, I didn't think I ever would but am thinking of selling it. I always wanted one and had big plans for it that I never got round to!
The car has been sprayed mustard yellow at some point in its life, originally believed to be brown.
Car sits on 15" cav expression alloys. ( Could do with a refrub)
Body work is pretty sound for a 34 year old car nothing seens out of the ordinary.
Has a snow plough front bumper.
Car is fitted with a c16xe 1.6 16v engine from a Corsa gsi with a powerbox, could do with a general service.
Cars has 10 months MOT ( it will need a new exhaust as the current one is bodgded on as my nice shiny one has gone now)
Car drives ok, front brakes are the astra 256mm discs and the rears are drums.
Overall a sound car that needs some love. I've only ever seen one on the road since I've owned mine. I've no idea what it's worth

Hi Sam. Interesting sounding car, is it as it was when it was you asked what it may be worth? Doesn't look like the picture ever came. I couldn't give a price as described without seeing a pic but I can say I sold a gleaming 2 door Nova hatch about 4 years ago, didn't generate massive interest although sold quickly enough, I'm sure it was the flame model I got 700 in the end
I think that engine may have a value on its own whether it helps the value in a car not originally specified it I don't know. Details such as if the v5 represents the actual cc will affect the price and potential market.
