That Gordini is just beautiful, personally I like the clean lines of the earlier car. Some nice metal there for sure :-)
:-P standard old car stuff for the fuego then, still gotta do it well tho! Parts cars are handy, I guess that one was proper rotten :-P I have actually only owned one Renault, which was a 1997 Clio, disappeared those things!

An incredibly attractive 80s coupe, sure it was one of first cars to come with a space saver wheel...sure that put my parents off buying one at the time.

I sold a few of these when I was in the trade in the 80's. I remember the good looks 'soft' sports seats and like all French cars they used to run out of electric quite early in their life. I'd still have one though

There's a lovely blue one appeared in the road behind ours - always worth a detour when pushing the pram. Interesting to read it's one of only 16 on the road!

I seem to remember one of the magazines in the maybe early 90’s doing one in a blue/yellow colour scheme similar to the touring cars of the day. Very nice.

Fuego TL. Cumbria. £6,800.00 1984. Driving & MOT'd. The only example remaining on the roads in the UK, (with 2 SORN'd). Even with rarity, vendor is possibly being a bit aspirational on price?

Thought you may wanted to see how the car turned out, took longer than expected as I was let down by my first body shop, but still, its finished now............... Lovely job. Looks proper nice. What's it like to drive. I'm assuming French roll with a large wait for the turbo followed by some unrulyness?
