They're lovely, what make are they? AL. Thanks! Couldn't resist it! And order some adjustable bucketseats! The frames are on their way! Soon will remove the backseat. Will make some plates on the place and cover the plates with some nice suede fabric!

Installed the seats! Really love the seats! Probably have to sell the deepdish steering wheel because getting in the car with this steerinwheel with bucketseats is really difficult! Finally received the exhaust from Fox Auspuff, next week we will install it! Now looking for the fabric and then i can remove the rearseats.

The seats look good fitted.
Are the bases quite deep or is it the picture? What I'm asking really is do they make you sit higher than normal in the car. I'm thinking about seats for my RX7 and they need to be as low as possible.
Cheers
AL.

I'm thinking about seats for my RX7 and they need to be as low as possible. Cheers AL. If you use the Wiechers bases and Wiechers sliders, you will sit lower. I used the Wiechers bases but make them a bit higher, a bit like stock. Because i am not that tall and the dash in a Audi like this is high. Did a roadtrip in Luxembourg yesterday. 530kms and almost 8hours driving on the nice twisty roads in the beautiful nature! Sold the QSP deepdish steeringwheel, it was really difficult to get in the car with the bucketseats. Bought now a nice quality steeringwheel. Sabelt 330mm stuur. Thinking of putting on a quickrelease hub for the steeringwheel, any thoughts? Also put the complete exhaust line on, nice sound not to loud. Ideal for long drives; The exhausttip was to short because the Kamei bumperspoiler, now at a company for making it a bit longer! Soundclip wil follow this weekend; Plans for the winter; Big engine service (belts, waterpump, sparkplugs,..) Suspension upgrade (new topmounts, new shocks, stabilizer bar from a 1990 model (better for cornering) interior ( a-pillar gauge mount, flocking the dash & doorpanels & centerconsole, roof-sky recovered in nice dark fabric.)

Exhaust tip is made a bit longer, now it looks some better! It’s sound good but not loud enough for me. The Catalytic converter is damping to much, but need to have it for MOT and it is not easy to replace it because of the LAMBA sensor. So i’ll remove the middle silencer, i ordered the replacement pipe and will mount it later this week! Soundclip at 1:33. Also got some parts again

Removed the mid silencer! Much better now! Soundclip Last saturday me and my mate went to the Eifel Rallye Festival in Daun Germany! Awesome event/rally with awesome cars! Love to see the old Quattro’s, 205T16, Metro’s, Stratos’, driving like they aren’t worth anything! All pictures at my Photography page!; www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.1780821815286600.1073741926.345327205502742&type=1&l=32153a9b2cTook this car to this event! Awesome roads at that area of Germany, really enjoyed driving there! You really feel at these kind of roads that i need to upgrade the suspension and tyres. This winter we will w on this! After the Eifel Rallye we visited the Nurburgring, we were late there but it was still very busy! Did 500kms again and 6 hours of pure enjoying!

Bought some nice wheels for it, they were cheap so couldn’t resist it Ronal Postert (Postert was a German Tuner brand, Ronal made these wheels for them) 7j x 15” ET10 They will get powdercoated in white, around the letters it will be black. They will get mounted in a couple months, they need some work and will mount them with some Pirelli tyres.

Sold the Ronal wheels, they didnt fit. The offset was to low so they came out to much.. But bought something else! Original OZ RACING wheels They came with brandnew Toyo R1R semislick tyres but will sell these and mount some Pirelli tyres.

Went to a showcar event last sunday with it, normally i don’t do that with this car. My car wasn’t event cleaned or something, still was allowed to come on the showground! Still have a lot plans that i want to have done before years carseason! Engine; Big engine service (belts, waterpump, sparkplugs,..) mods? Don’t know for sure, 1300euros costs for 7-10hp and becoming les relaible but having a better throttle responds) Suspension; - adjustable Koni sportshocks - strutlegs and anti roll-bar from a model after 1990 (for better cornering) - new topmounts Wheels and tyres; -Pirelli summertyres -8mm spacers Interior; - Flock interiorparts (dash, doorpanels, A Pillar,...) - replace the floorcarpet to a black one -half rollcage

1,5 week ago i visited the Nurburgring again, at the parking lot someone drove into my car Look :look: Now the insurance is dealing with it, now i am waiting for repairing it (money and ok for insurance). Made some pictures (here without the damage) Also received the Coolerworx shifter, will be installed this winter. Also will change the carpet to black, and flocked dash.
