Discovered an interesting yard today. One of the cars I recognised from my wanderings a few years ago but noticed it had disappeared - only to end up here in someones personal stash. The 205 looked like a rally inspired GTI, not sure if it was a GTI or not as didn't want to lurk too long. Maybe the guy is a plate collector as the Jag and the land crab(?) have interesting plates?

Got a picture of this on my phone too when I got my MOT at the garage next to it. Chap there was saying it failed the MOT horrendously back in 2009 or so on rust and then it went away for a few weeks, reappeared there and has sat ever since - untouched. Weird. Just had a look at the MoT history, and it was tested in October last year. It failed, but all very easy to fix, and no mention of rust at all. The plot thickens. Went back today to pick up my camper from the garage over the road, and asked the mechanic there about it. He said it reappeared about four months ago, but loads of notes had been left on it asking if it was for sale. It seems the answer is 'no', because there was no note on it yesterday or today, so it suggests whoever owns it is removing them.

It would just be 'wrong' to cut the tree down to move that Lada. (Fiat 124)? I have a weird interest in trees growing through cars.
I will try a link to a video of something that I think is just amazing.

Not sure if this is as abandonned as it would seem, but it doesn't seem to ever move.

And i worry about my SD1's rusting away. There's a 1977 sd1 2600 on ebay atm in a terrible state, probably similar to these once its dragged out

Parked near a mates house doesn't look like it's moved in ages but unbelievably it's taxed - I guess as it's mot exempt!

Later 1962-on '1000' rear lamps fitted to an 803cc 1956 model. Overall condition doesn't look too bad...

Audi, Ford Hillman? Not sure what's happened to Hillman either an attempt to enter or movement caused this! Ford looks ripe for a vw floor pan, caterham chassis.

I remember these guys moving in, and it sat there ever since - Shame to see it static for over 6 years.

Seen that Porsche soooo many times, always amazed it hasn't gone walkies when the "mobile campsites/flytip" pop up nearby...
