1987 Audi Coupe, MOT until March 2018, 150k miles, a decent amount of paperwork to go with it plus a few parts, front shocks and a water pump. I've used it everyday since March and it hasn't been too bad, since I've owned it it's had a new radiator, full service including cambelt, rear brake compensator, new distributor cap, rotor arm, coil, plugs, leads. It does have a misfiring issue which I've not been able to solve but I haven't gone too far into it, I haven't checked the fuel side of things or vacuum etc. The bodywork has a few dents and dings here and there most notably on the passenger side quarter panel, there's also a rust spot on the A pillar which will need attention. Overall the paintwork is in good condition, it's all original as far as I know. The interior is showing its age, the driver's sear bolster has a tear in it, the seats have the odd stain here and there so it just wants freshening up. It's had 4 new Firestone Multihawk 2 tyres which were an advisory on the MOT. Before I owned it, it was sat for a few years so so it's taken a bit of work to get it on the road again. I've seen these go for all sorts of money, a while ago I saw one got for nearly £3000 on eBay and more recently a "barn find" went for around £1500 I think it was. So I don't really know how to price it, somewhere in between I guess.

So I don't really know how to price it, somewhere in between I guess. My guesstimate would be in the £2K-£2½K range, of course if it was a Quattro it would be obscene money! It might be worth following this auction as a bit of a barometer of what people will currently pay, this car is a year newer, has shonky paintwork and is in a less desirable colour than yours, although I'd assume in overall better condition? www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Audi-80-gt-coupe/122789187171?hash=item1c96ce4e63:g:UFIAAOSwj99Z9I0I
