Sunday 19th, at EBC Brakes in Northampton.
Frieburger and Dulcich, not Finnegan.
Deets on the Roadkill FB page.
Room for 200 cars... Like only 200 cars will show up *snort*. Gonna be hell on Northampton that day.

Been waiting for announcement for ages. They said 'some time in November' like a month ago
100% going trying to get the 2.8 Capri out for it. But might have to bring the rusty P100 for roadkill-ness

It's worth watching the whole thing from episode 1 Mr ProjectBobcat.
In many ways the early episodes are the best ones, because it was just a couple of blokes messing about with no expectations. It's got bigger since then, and for a while it lost its way a bit when big sponsorship came along, but it's still a brilliant Youtube show... with the very occasional duff episode.
Not sure how long it will go on for now because the two presenters live on opposite sides of the country and both have their own side projects taking off. It's a bit of a shame that Finnegan isn't coming over to the UK as he's the most personable of the two and is essential to the chemistry of the show. The show can be Finnegan and a.n.other and it'll still be great. Less so when it's Frieburger and a.n.other IMHO.
Not that I dislike Frieburger, I just don'tthink he has the same people skills, sense of humour or the charisma.

I was always more of a Freiburger fan myself. He also has alot of history behind himself. The big thing is neither's egos are the biggest which makes such a nice change from the run of the mill shows out there.

I really enjoy Roadkill - I think my favourite episode is getting Stubby Bob to wheelie, which is strange as I really wasn't sure about the initial build. Love the Nascarlo, the Impala built for Mighty Car Mods and most of the cross country drives.
I'm not a million miles from Notts, but as I snapped a rocker stud on my Beetle's head after drag racing last weekend, I won't be going. I know I could have th motor out and rebuild it on a park bench, but it's a damn sight colder here than Arizona!

I don't either are quite as strong on their own. I was watching Finnegan's new thing "Finnegan's garage" I think it was called, and whilst it's obviously new, a one-man homebrew thing with all expenses spared, it felt a little lacking in bounce... the bounce off between the two of them.

They have 100 invited cars at EBC Brakes ... everyone else has to park sensibly around the industrial estate that EBC are in. This could be total carnage depending on how popular Roadkill are. Think I'll be heading along

i know freiburger has been asking on instagram for an idea on numbers. don't think they realise how popular they are in the uk. or how big the car scene is over here.

Really want to get along to this. I think the chaos is going to make it very much a one off event!

Roadkill is a great show! Someone said to me, about a year and a half ago, that I should look up these guys on you tube because they build crazy stuff. Once I did- I was hooked. Watched every episode. It's going to be super fun to see them over there and yes- I'll bet they underestimate the turnout numbers... Can't wait for the episode!

I was hoping to go, but I have a disappearing coolant problem which I haven't fixed (it's not serious, it's a leaking hose join) so I'm not sure I want to drive all that way and have to constantly worry about pulling over and topping up. If I get time today I'm going to see if it looks like I've finally fixed it, and if so... I'll be heading up there.
(I did get the car washed, waxed and chrome+wheels polished in readiness though. It's a fine looking car for the 20 minutes it stays clean before it looks dirty once again)
