I have been looking for an alternative to paying the silly money people ask for AE86 stuff. Rear wing section on ebay at the minute but £350. Anybody know of an alternative car that would have the same B-post? I will keep searching but any ideas would be appreciated.

I've got an AE86. I ended up buying a Lada Riva because AE86 parts are either non-existent or stupidly expensive. You can still buy Lada parts brand new and they cost next to nothing.
It might be wise to see if you can import a chassis cut over from Japan.

You're lucky to even find rear quarter repair panels for an 86.. very difficult to come by. Having welded up an AE86 myself I know some of the available alternatives for metalwork, but I havent ever heard of anyone looking for a B-pillar.. acccident damage I suppose? Closest thing chassis wise would be a KE70, but those are almost harder to find than 86's. Pictures of the damage would help.
