My grandad is wanting to sell the above as it's just too big for him now, he'll be looking for something Fiesta sized as a possible swap/px.
Anyway. 99 on a V, I owned it last year for a few months, before giving it my grandad as I had my other car on the road. It's never ever let either of us down, besides the battery (which was too small for the car anyway), and a small water leak which turned out to be a radiator, which was replaced in July. Mileage is I think 198k, but to drive you wouldn't guess. There's no service history bar the radiator, I never got any and ive done the servicing myself, and I think it's due again now. Passed the mot second time in July, failed on handbrake adjustment which was done. Also had advisories for rear sill corrosion, it's not bad and in fact the guy himself said rub it back and get jenolite on it, which I'm yet to do. Body is ok, bit of snot by the boot, little bit on the join between the back bumper and rear quarter, arches are pretty clean. Has scuffs and scratches, passenger front door has been keyed and rear door has a mark that looks like a dog's jumped at it. Laquer peel on the bonnet as well. Tyres have plenty of meat on, blue cloth interior with tape deck. Proper base spec, but a solid reliable car and from 20 feet is a respectable looker. I'm being harsher than I need to be really as it will come with 10 or 11 months MOT, and needs nothing mechanically. I was thinking 500 ono?
