I've recently started using Chrome on my PC
When i reach the end of a page and go to the next in a thread it opens at the bottom and i have to scroll to the top
I remember once having a similar problem in Firefox but turning Adblock and Ghostery off helped that. It doesn't seem to fix it using Chrome

Oh that is odd... I use Chrome and don't get that... what extensions are you running (if any)?

I'm experiencing the same behavior, as well as "new" on bookmarked threads opening to the top of the last page. Looks like the scrollTo isn't there/working?

This week I've noticed (in Chrome) that when using the 'New' and 'Next' buttons, the page opens at the top like expected but scrolls far right? I have to scroll left to see the page content...?

This is very vexing as I've not changed anything... sometimes we get these things if I've been fiddling with the layout or Proboards have been upgrading stuff... as far as I'm aware neither of these things have been happening.
I'll see if I can reproduce.
I'd love to know if people are running chrome extensions or anything. I know AdBlockers of various sorts can cause problems (I suspect proboards have done this on purpose :/ ), but would be interested to see if other extensions also cause issues.

The only extensions I have that manipulate the layout of pages are AdBlock and 'Fix embedded Photobucket images'. Disabling both of these does not resolve the weird scroll far right issue.

I disabled all the extensions and restarted the PC. Still the same
It's not doing it in Firefox or Edge

This week I've noticed (in Chrome) that when using the 'New' and 'Next' buttons, the page opens at the top like expected but scrolls far right? I have to scroll left to see the page content...? Funnily enough, it's started with mine as well, but to the left! The menu pages are fine and centred but clicking on a thread opens it buried in the left of the screen. Probably the last three days or so. I'm using Edge at the moment.

My scrolling right issue appears to have been resolved..... Yup, my left bias has disappeared as well. Thanks for undoing whatever it was!

Unfortunately i still have my situation Kill joy What version of Chrome you on, just in case there is some weird version/update thing going on. Can you also do Ctrl + F5 on the forum as well as that will re-load the javascript and make sure there isn't some odd version thing going on there too.

Same here too - on Chrome with a couple of add ons (tried without them and still the same). It's been doing it a while but oddly, after reading this post yesterday, it stopped. Until later on when it started again on another post. It doesn't really bother me but it must be annoying for you as to the cause.
