With the thoughts of buying a house in the near future, I've been toying with the idea of selling a few of my toys so free up some money, would anyone be able to give me a rough value of what I could maybe sell my mk2 for?

1989 8v gti in tornado red (sunroof model- no leaks!)
196k on shell, roughly 176k on engine
MOT until May 2018
Oil changed every 5K since turbo conversion
Obd 1 vr6 engine from mk3 golf
Corrado vr6 from cross member and radiator
Gt35 copy turbo
2.5" stainless exhaust from turbo back with long life back box
38mm waste gate with screamer pipe
Audi S4 330cc injectors
Short runner intake manifold
Toyo sport intercooler
Ramair air filter
New sump and rocker cover gaskets
Schimmel performance oil filter housing
Ecu mapped by Vince at stealth racing 272bhp/273fb/lb @ 7psi boost, standard compression ratio
Turbosmart boost guage
Innovate wideband guage
Mk3 fuel tank with new tank straps and a walbro in tank 255 pump
CG Motorsport 4 paddle clutch
Hydraulic clutch conversion
Every brake line on the car was replaced April 2016
G60 280mm front brakes with ferodo ds2500 pads and brembo max discs(fitted august 2016)
8v rear brakes with new calipers, discs, pads, flexis and wheel bearings (fitted may 2017)
BC racing coilovers fitted with adjustable dampening rate
Momo 280mm steering wheel
New drive shafts and cv joints (fitted august 2016)
New track rod ends (fitted august 2016)
New ball joints (fitted may 2017)
New heater matrix hose (fitted May 2017)
Jbl subwoofer and vibe amp'd components in front doors
Sparco bucket seats welded onto custom mk2 runners (standard interior will be included)
Azev A 15x7 powder coated in red with Yoko ad048r tyres (fitted in May 2017)
Zender rear spoiler fitted
Front bumper has holes drilled to allow more air into rad/intercooler
Front bumper has quick release pins so bumper can be removed without having to remove cross member bolts
Bonnet pins fitted to bonnet
Bad points:
Body work has a few scratches and dents
Rev counter doesn't work due to vr6 conversion
Small chip on windscreen
Grill doesn't sit right due to front panel being cut for intercooler
Battery tray needs welding
Rear strut towers are starting to get a small amount of rust on them
Roof lining has started to sag
